Learn, experience, care and protect.
Our wide range of projects means that volunteers can access training on a variety of subjects including invasive species removal, lidar portal training, seed identification and tree nursery maintenance, meadow creation and maintenance, as well as Chough roost counting and monitoring, and oral history/interview training. Through sharing knowledge, when the scheme comes to an end, local communities will have the skills to continue looking after this landscape.

The Carneddau Landscape Partnership offered a 12 month apprenticeship over 3 years for individuals to learn about environmental and heritage conservation with hands on experience. This included the opportunity to work alongside many of our partner organisations, including gaining a Level 2 Environmental Conservation qualification with Coleg Cambria.
The applications for the apprenticeships are now closed after the success of our three apprentices; Eleri, Sophie and Thomas.
